Pregnancy and Parental Leaves and Eligibility. All employees are entitled to pregnancy and parental leaves in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (the “ESA”). For all pregnancy and parental leaves beginning on or after January 1, 2020, the employee shall be entitled to financial benefits, as follows:

  • Pregnancy and Parental Leaves (a) Pregnancy and Parental Leaves shall be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
