Working from Home or Off Campus Work Requirements. 19.2.1 This section applies to employees who work at home or at an off‐campus work location (e.g. Recruiters). Decisions to approve requests to work from home will be made by the OOS Manager based on consideration of the nature of the work, the employee skill and capacity, supervision requirements, and providing fair and equal opportunity for employees in the work unit.
