Common use of Working outside of Canada Clause in Contracts

Working outside of Canada. For jobs outside of Canada, the Employer shall provide, to the employee, all terms and conditions of employment. The written agreement shall be signed by both the Employer and the employee. A copy of the agreement shall be provided to the employee. A copy of the agreement shall be provided, upon request, to the QCCC Representative. Any breach, of that written agreement, shall be subject to Article 18 – Grievance Procedure and Arbitration.
