Common use of WORKLOAD STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

WORKLOAD STANDARDS. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that at any given time 17 the standards referenced below are minimum standards, and shall make every effort to exceed these 18 minimums. 19 1. One (1) DSH shall be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct Client service. 20 2. Annually, for Period One, Period Two, and Period Three, CONTRACTOR shall provide a 21 minimum of twenty five thousand three hundred twenty three (25,323) direct hours of service, with a 22 minimum of one hundred twenty (120) hours of medication support services, and twenty five thousand 23 two hundred (25,200) hours of other mental health, case management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS 24 services as identified in the Services Paragraph of this Exhibit A to the Agreement. 25 3. CONTRACTOR shall, at a minimum, provide the following DSH per month per FTE: 26 a. Intake Clinician shall provide one hundred (100) DSH per month or one thousand two 27 hundred (1,200) DSH per year. 28 b. FSP Supervisor shall provide sixty (60) DSH per month or seven hundred twenty (720) 29 DSH per year. 30 c. Transition Coordinator shall provide seventy (70) DSH per month or eight hundred 31 forty (840) DSH per year. 32 d. Service Coordinator shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred (600) DSH 33 per year. 34 e. Career and Education Specialist shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred 35 (600) DSH per year. 36 f. Wellness & Recovery Clinician shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred 37 (600) DSH per year. 1 g. Peer Support Specialist shall provide twenty five (25) DSH per month or three hundred 2 (300) DSH per year. 3 h. Subcontracted Psychiatrist shall provide ten (10) DSH per month or one hundred 4 twenty (120) DSH per year. 5 i. Subcontracted Sexual Offender Therapy shall provide twenty (20) DSH per month or 6 two hundred forty (240) DSH per year. 7 j. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that this is a minimum standard and shall 8 make every effort to exceed this minimum. 9 4. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an ongoing minimum caseload of two hundred twenty 10 (220) unduplicated Clients/Client families throughout the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise 11 approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 12 5. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of one (1) weekly Face-to-Face Contact with 13 Clients/Client families per year for FSW services. 14 6. CONTRACTOR shall ensure a Face-to-Face Contact weekly for every Client and/or their 15 family admitted to the program, unless written exception is granted by ADMINISTRATOR. 16 7. CONTRACTOR shall provide Face-to-Face Contact within three (3) business days of 17 Client’s Referral for services. 18 8. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse Client referrals if any of CONTRACTOR’s staff are 19 below workload standards, as defined in the Staffing Paragraph, Subparagraph M. of this Exhibit A to 20 the Agreement, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.

For Period Two, CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of forty-three thousand seven 22 hundred and seventy (43,770) billable hours of service, with a minimum of two thousand four hundred 23 two (2,400) hours of medication support services, and forty-one thousand three hundred and seventy 24 (25,20041,370) hours of other mental health, case management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS 24 services as 25 identified in the Services Paragraph of this Exhibit A to the Agreement. 25 326 4. CONTRACTOR shall, at a minimum, provide the following DSH per month per FTE: 26 a. Intake Clinician shall provide a minimum of one hundred (100) DSH billable DHSs per month 27 per FTE or one thousand two 27 hundred (1,200) DSH billable DHSs per yearyear per contracted FTE clinician of 28 mental health services, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. For the Group Home/Xxxxxx 29 Care Program, CONTRACTOR shall maintain an appropriate caseload that will facilitate the provision 30 of the minimum direct service hours identified above. 28 b. FSP Supervisor shall provide sixty (60) DSH per month or seven hundred twenty (720) 29 DSH per year. 30 c. Transition Coordinator shall provide seventy (70) DSH per month or eight hundred 31 forty (840) DSH per year. 32 d. Service Coordinator shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred (600) DSH 33 per year. 34 e. Career and Education Specialist shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred 35 (600) DSH per year. 36 f. Wellness & Recovery Clinician shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred 37 (600) DSH per year. 1 g. Peer Support Specialist shall provide twenty five (25) DSH per month or three hundred 2 (300) DSH per year. 3 h. Subcontracted Psychiatrist shall provide ten (10) DSH per month or one hundred 4 twenty (120) DSH per year. 5 i. Subcontracted Sexual Offender Therapy shall provide twenty (20) DSH per month or 6 two hundred forty (240) DSH per year. 7 j. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that this is a minimum standard and shall 8 make every effort to exceed this minimum. 9 45. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an ongoing active and on-going minimum caseload of two at least one 32 thousand five hundred twenty 10 ninety-three (2201,593) unduplicated Clients/Client families , of which at least one thousand five 33 hundred and ninety-three (1,593) shall be Medi-Cal, throughout the term of the Agreement, unless 34 otherwise 11 approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 12 5. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of one (1) weekly Face-to-Face Contact with 13 Clients/Client families per year for FSW services. 14 35 6. CONTRACTOR shall ensure a Face-to-Face Contact weekly for every Client and/or their 15 family admitted to the program, unless written exception is granted by ADMINISTRATOR. 16 7. CONTRACTOR shall provide Face-to-Face Contact within three (3) business days of 17 Client’s Referral for services. 18 8. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse Client referrals if any of CONTRACTOR’s staff are 19 36 below workload standards, as defined in the Staffing Paragraph, Subparagraph M. VI.J. of this Exhibit A to 20 the Agreement, unless 37 otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.

CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of one hundred (100) billable DSHs per month per 29 FTE or one thousand two hundred (1,200) billable DSHs per year per contracted FTE clinician, of 30 mental health services, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. For the Group Home/Xxxxxx 31 Care Programs, CONTRACTOR shall maintain an appropriate caseload that will facilitate the provision 32 of the minimum direct service hours identified above. 33 4. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an active and on-going minimum caseload of at least four 34 hundred thirty six (436) unduplicated Clients, of which at least four hundred thirty six (436) shall be 35 Medi-Cal, throughout the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 36 5. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse Client referrals if any of CONTRACTOR’s staff are 37 below workload standards, as defined in Subparagraph X.X. of this Exhibit A to the Agreement, unless 1 other wise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 2 “J. WORKLOAD STANDARDS – CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that at any given time a. CONTRACTOR shall meet minimum requirements for supervision of each student intern as required by the State Licensing Board and/or school program descriptions or work contracts. b. Student intern services shall not comprise more than twenty percent (12020%) of total 1. One (1) DSH shall be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct Client service. 2. For Period One, CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of forty-three thousand one hundred sixteen (43,116) billable hours of service, with a minimum of one thousand six hundred thirty-two (1,632) hours of medication support services, and twenty five forty-one thousand 23 two four hundred eighty- four (25,20041,484) hours of other mental health, case management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS 24 services as identified in the Services Paragraph of this Exhibit A to the Agreement. 25 3. Associate FSP Supervisor shall provide sixty (60) DSH per month or seven hundred 24 d. Career and Education Specialist shall provide eighty five (85) DSH per month or one 26 e. Licensed Assistant Program Director shall provide forty (40) DSH per month or four 27 hundred twenty eighty (720480) DSH per year. 28 f. Licensed Clinical Supervisor/ Assistant Program Director shall provide forty (40) DSH 29 per month or four hundred eighty (480) DSH per year. 30 c. Transition Coordinator g. For Period Two, CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of three thousand nine hundred 11 ninety six (3,996) billable hours of service, with a minimum of ninety six (96) hours of medication 12 support services, and three thousand nine hundred (3,900) hours of other mental health, case 13 management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS 24 services as identified in the Services Paragraph of this 14 Exhibit A to the Agreement. 25 315 4. CONTRACTOR shall, at a minimum, minimum provide the following DSH per month per FTE: 26 16 a. Intake Clinician Program Coordinator shall provide sixty (60) billable DHS per month or seven hundred 17 twenty (720) billable DSH for Period One and three hundred sixty (360) billable DSH for Period Two. 18 b. Counselor shall provide one hundred (100) billable DSH per month or one thousand 19 two 27 hundred (1,200) billable DSH per year. 28 b. FSP Supervisor shall provide sixty (60) DSH per month or seven hundred twenty (720) 29 DSH per year. 30 c. Transition Coordinator shall provide seventy (70) DSH per month or eight hundred 31 forty (840) DSH per year. 32 d. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an ongoing active and on-going minimum caseload of two hundred twenty 10 at least 26 seventy six (22076) unduplicated Clients/Client families , of which at least seventy six (76) shall be Medi-Cal, throughout 27 the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise 11 approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 12 5. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of one (1) weekly Face-to-Face Contact with 13 Clients/Client families per year for FSW services. 14 6. CONTRACTOR shall ensure a Face-to-Face Contact weekly for every Client and/or their 15 family admitted to the program, unless written exception is granted by ADMINISTRATOR. 16 7. Peer Support Specialist shall provide twenty five (25) DSH per month or three hundred 2 (300) DSH per year. 3 h. Subcontracted Psychiatrist shall provide ten (10) DSH per month or one hundred 4 twenty (120) DSH per year. 5 i. Subcontracted Sexual Offender Therapy shall provide twenty (20) DSH per month or 6 two hundred forty (240) DSH per year. 7 j. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that this is a minimum standard and shall 8 make every effort to exceed this minimum. 9 4. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an ongoing active and on-going minimum caseload of two at least four 29 hundred twenty 10 sixty-seven (220467) unduplicated Clients/Client families , of which at least four hundred sixty-seven (467) shall be 30 Medi-Cal, throughout the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise 11 approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 12 31 5. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of one (1) weekly Face-to-Face Contact with 13 Clients/Client families per year for FSW services. 14 6. CONTRACTOR shall ensure a Face-to-Face Contact weekly for every Client and/or their 15 family admitted to the program, unless written exception is granted by ADMINISTRATOR. 16 7. CONTRACTOR shall provide Face-to-Face Contact within three (3) business days of 17 Client’s Referral for services. 18 8. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse Client referrals if any of CONTRACTOR’s staff are 19 below 32 workload standards, as defined in the Staffing Paragraph, Subparagraph M. VI.J. of this Exhibit A to 20 the Agreement, unless 33 otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.
