Common use of WORKLOAD STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

WORKLOAD STANDARDS. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that at any given time 2 the standards referenced below are minimum standards, and shall make every effort to exceed these 3 minimums. 4 1. One (1) DSH shall be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct Client service. 5 2. For Period One, CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of seven thousand nine hundred 6 ninety two (7,992) billable hours of service, with a minimum of one hundred ninety two (192) hours of 7 medication support services, and seven thousand eight hundred (7,800) hours of other mental health, 8 case management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS services as identified in the Services Paragraph of 9 this Exhibit A to the Agreement. 10 3. For Period Two, CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of three thousand nine hundred 11 ninety six (3,996) billable hours of service, with a minimum of ninety six (96) hours of medication 12 support services, and three thousand nine hundred (3,900) hours of other mental health, case 13 management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS services as identified in the Services Paragraph of this 14 Exhibit A to the Agreement. 15 4. CONTRACTOR shall, at a minimum provide the following DSH per FTE: 16 a. Program Coordinator shall provide sixty (60) billable DHS per month or seven hundred 17 twenty (720) billable DSH for Period One and three hundred sixty (360) billable DSH for Period Two. 18 b. Counselor shall provide one hundred (100) billable DSH per month or one thousand 19 two hundred (1,200) billable DSH for Period One and six hundred (600) billable DSH for Period Two. 20 c. Mental Health Worker shall provide ninety-five (95) billable DSH per month or one 21 thousand one hundred forty (1,140) billable DSH for Period One and five hundred seventy (570) billable 22 DSH for Period Two. 23 5. For the Group Home/Xxxxxx Care Programs, CONTRACTOR shall maintain an appropriate 24 caseload that will facilitate the provision of the minimum direct service hours identified above. 25 6. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an active and on-going minimum caseload of at least 26 seventy six (76) unduplicated Clients, of which at least seventy six (76) shall be Medi-Cal, throughout 27 the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.

CONTRACTOR shall, at shall provide a minimum provide the following DSH per FTE: 16 a. Program Coordinator shall provide sixty (60) billable DHS per month or seven hundred 17 twenty (720) billable DSH for Period One and three hundred sixty (360) billable DSH for Period Two. 18 b. Counselor shall provide of one hundred (100) billable DSH DHSs per month 27 per FTE or one thousand 19 two hundred (1,200) billable DSH for Period One and six hundred (600) billable DSH for Period Two. 20 c. Mental Health Worker shall provide ninety-five (95) billable DSH DHSs per month or one 21 thousand one hundred forty (1,140) billable DSH for Period One and five hundred seventy (570) billable 22 DSH for Period Two. 23 5year per contracted FTE clinician of 28 mental health services, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. For the Group Home/Xxxxxx 29 Care ProgramsProgram, CONTRACTOR shall maintain an appropriate 24 caseload that will facilitate the provision 30 of the minimum direct service hours identified above. 25 631 5. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an active and on-going minimum caseload of at least 26 seventy six one 32 thousand five hundred ninety-three (761,593) unduplicated Clients, of which at least seventy six one thousand five 33 hundred and ninety-three (761,593) shall be Medi-Cal, throughout 27 the term of the Agreement, unless 34 otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 35 6. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse Client referrals if any of CONTRACTOR’s staff are 36 below workload standards, as defined in Subparagraph VI.J. of this Exhibit A to the Agreement, unless 37 otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.

FSP Supervisor shall provide sixty (60) DSH per month or seven hundred twenty (720) 29 DSH per year. 30 c. Transition Coordinator shall provide seventy (70) DSH per month or eight hundred 31 forty (840) DSH per year. 32 d. Service Coordinator shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred (600) billable DSH for Period Two33 per year. 20 c. Mental Health Worker 34 e. Career and Education Specialist shall provide ninety-fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred 35 (600) DSH per year. 36 f. Wellness & Recovery Clinician shall provide fifty (50) DSH per month or six hundred 37 (600) DSH per year. 1 g. Peer Support Specialist shall provide twenty five (9525) billable DSH per month or three hundred 2 (300) DSH per year. 3 h. Subcontracted Psychiatrist shall provide ten (10) DSH per month or one 21 thousand one hundred 4 twenty (120) DSH per year. 5 i. Subcontracted Sexual Offender Therapy shall provide twenty (20) DSH per month or 6 two hundred forty (1,140240) billable DSH for Period One and five hundred seventy (570) billable 22 DSH for Period Twoper year. 23 5. For the Group Home/Xxxxxx Care Programs, 7 j. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that this is a minimum standard and shall maintain an appropriate 24 caseload that will facilitate the provision of the minimum direct service hours identified above8 make every effort to exceed this minimum. 25 69 4. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an active and on-going ongoing minimum caseload of at least 26 seventy six two hundred twenty 10 (76220) unduplicated Clients, of which at least seventy six (76) shall be Medi-Cal, /Client families throughout 27 the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise 11 approved by ADMINISTRATOR. 12 5. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of one (1) weekly Face-to-Face Contact with 13 Clients/Client families per year for FSW services. 14 6. CONTRACTOR shall ensure a Face-to-Face Contact weekly for every Client and/or their 15 family admitted to the program, unless written exception is granted by ADMINISTRATOR. 16 7. CONTRACTOR shall provide Face-to-Face Contact within three (3) business days of 17 Client’s Referral for services. 18 8. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse Client referrals if any of CONTRACTOR’s staff are 19 below workload standards, as defined in the Staffing Paragraph, Subparagraph M. of this Exhibit A to 20 the Agreement, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.
