WORKLOAD STANDARDS. One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services. 1. CONTRACTOR shall provide an average of seventy-five (75) DSH per month or nine hundred (900) DSH per year per FTE of direct clinician time which shall include Individual Counseling, Case Management, Crisis Intervention, and Group Counseling Services. One (1) DSH shall be equal to one (1) hour. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that this is a minimum standard and shall make every effort to exceed this minimum. 2. SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER OUTPATIENT CASELOAD – CONTRACTOR shall maintain an average monthly caseload of thirty (30) Participants per clinical FTE.
