Workplace Impairment Training. The Employer will provide, through a provider agreed by the Parties, regular and ongoing awareness, education and impairment training to all Employees. Impairment awareness and policy information sessions will be delivered to all Employees (including supervision and management), contractors, labour-hire worked every five (5) years.
