Common use of Works Programme Revisions Clause in Contracts

Works Programme Revisions. a. The Contractor shall immediately notify the Authority’s Engineer in writing of the need for any changes in the Works Programme, whether due to a change of intention or of circumstances or for any other reason. Where such proposed change affects timely completion of the Works or any Project Milestone Date. The proposed revised Works Programme shall show the sequence of operations of any and all works related to the change and the impact of changed work or changed conditions.
