WORKSHOP VENUE. I, the Instructor, will abide by the guidelines and rules set out by Venue management. I, the Instructor, will work with The Workshop students to return the Venue in a state deemed acceptable by Venue management. I, the Instructor, will bring my own teaching supplies and provide all content including printed handouts necessary for class. At a minimum, the handout will outline the class, steps to make the project and supply list. I, the Instructor, am responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of instruction. The Workshop (select one) ☐ does not ☐ does create chemical waste or hazardous materials that require special handling and/or disposal. If "does" was selected, in a separate document provide details of the materials, mitigation, disposal and handling required .

WORKSHOP VENUE. The former Světovar brewery, located in the southern part of Pilsen, is a major development area (about 6 ha) which includes protected historic industrial buildings. The workshop took place in the building which is planned to house the multifunctional 4x4 Cultural Factory and the city archives from 2015 on. Surrounding buildings are offered to developers of commercial, office and residential spaces.   • Law, Venue 19.1. This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the State of California and the validity, enforceability and interpretation of any of the clauses of this Agreement shall be determined and governed by the laws of the State of California. 19.2. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the county in which the District administration office is located shall be the venue for any action or proceeding that may be brought or arise out of, in connection with or by reason of this Agreement.

  • Construction and Venue This Award Agreement will be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of Montana. In the event of litigation concerning the Award Agreement, venue shall be in the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District in and for the County of Missoula, State of Montana.

  • Exclusive Venue THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES, LEGAL ACTIONS, SUITS AND PROCEEDINGS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY, DELAWARE (COLLECTIVELY THE “DESIGNATED COURTS”). EACH PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL CLAIMS OF IMMUNITY FROM JURISDICTION AND ANY OBJECTION WHICH SUCH PARTY MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO THE LAYING OF VENUE OF ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY DESIGNATED COURT, INCLUDING ANY RIGHT TO OBJECT ON THE BASIS THAT ANY DISPUTE, ACTION, SUIT OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN THE DESIGNATED COURTS HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN IMPROPER OR INCONVENIENT FORUM OR VENUE. EACH OF THE PARTIES ALSO AGREES THAT DELIVERY OF ANY PROCESS, SUMMONS, NOTICE OR DOCUMENT TO A PARTY HEREOF IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 12.7 OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE EFFECTIVE SERVICE OF PROCESS FOR ANY ACTION, SUIT OR PROCEEDING IN A DESIGNATED COURT WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTERS TO WHICH THE PARTIES HAVE SUBMITTED TO JURISDICTION AS SET FORTH ABOVE. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, each of the Parties hereto agrees that it will not bring or support any action, suit or Proceeding of any kind or description, whether in law or in equity, whether in contract or in tort or otherwise against any Debt Financing Source or any other Persons party to the Debt Commitment Letter in any way related to this Agreement or any of the Transactions, including any dispute arising out of the Debt Commitment Letter or the performance thereof, in any forum other than any state or federal court sitting in the Borough of Manhattan in the City and State of New York and any appellate court from any of the foregoing.

  • Jurisdiction and Venue This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the parties hereto agree that venue shall be in Marin County, California.

  • Exclusive Jurisdiction and Venue The parties agree that the Courts of the County of Orange, State of California shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of all disputes arising under the terms of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein.

  • Forum Selection, Jurisdiction, and Venue The parties agree that any lawsuit filed by either party to this Agreement related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement must be brought in a Georgia court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Chatham County, Georgia, or in a Federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in the Southern District of Georgia. Contractor agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any such court and agrees that any such court shall be a proper venue for any lawsuit related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to waive in advance any defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction or improper venue in any such court.

  • Submission to Jurisdiction; Venue THE COMPANY AND EACH SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR HEREBY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF ANY NEW YORK STATE COURT SITTING IN THE BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN IN THE CITY OF NEW YORK OR ANY FEDERAL COURT SITTING IN THE BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN IN THE CITY OF NEW YORK IN RESPECT OF ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS INDENTURE, THE NOTES AND THE NOTE GUARANTEES, AND IRREVOCABLY ACCEPTS FOR ITSELF AND IN RESPECT OF ITS PROPERTY, GENERALLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY, JURISDICTION OF THE AFORESAID COURTS. THE COMPANY AND EACH SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR IRREVOCABLY WAIVES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THAT IT MAY EFFECTIVELY DO SO UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ANY OBJECTION WHICH IT MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO THE LAYING OF THE VENUE OF ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN ANY SUCH COURT AND ANY CLAIM THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN ANY SUCH COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL AFFECT THE RIGHT OF THE TRUSTEE OR ANY HOLDER TO SERVE PROCESS IN ANY OTHER MANNER PERMITTED BY LAW OR TO COMMENCE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OR OTHERWISE PROCEED AGAINST THE COMPANY OR ANY SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR IN ANY OTHER JURISDICTION.

  • Exclusive Jurisdiction; Venue All disputes that arise from or relate to this Agreement shall be decided exclusively by binding arbitration in Xxxx County, Illinois under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties agree that the arbitrator’s award shall be final, and may be filed with and enforced as a final judgment by any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any disputes related to the enforcement of the restrictive covenants contained in Section 9 of this Agreement shall be subject to and determined under Delaware law and adjudicated in Illinois courts.

  • Jurisdiction; Venue In the event that any action is brought to enforce any provision of this Contract, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Thurston County Superior Court for the State of Washington and agree that in any such action venue shall lie exclusively at Olympia, Washington.
