Common use of – Wristbands Clause in Contracts

– Wristbands. Festival attendees of legal age consuming alcohol during festivals organized and operated by the EHBA shall be wrist banded while consuming alcohol on Village controlled property (State or local rights of way, public parks/facilities, public parking lots, and properties with control agreements with the Village). Attendees must provide proof of identification to verify legal age. The EHBA shall be responsible for ensuring that the businesses and vendors at their festival comply with this provision. Wristband use will be enforced at the following festivals organized and operated by both the EHBA and the Village. • Egg Harbor Ale Fest • Independence Day Celebration • Pumpkin Patch
