Use of Public Facilities. For purposes of the provisions of Section 2.2 of this Agreement, the Village shall, upon prior notice, approval make available facilities and improvements for the EHBA use. The EHBA shall, by February 1st, provide a list of dates for promotional events and festivals to be held in/on Village facilities by the EHBA. Reservations shall be made in advance with priority given to events and festivals hosted by the EHBA.

Use of Public Facilities. Lessee shall have the non-exclusive right to use all public wharves, docks and related facilities existing at the Port or which may hereafter be added, subject to (i) any preferential or exclusive rights given by the Commission to others set forth in Exhibit G hereto (provided that the Commission shall not amend or otherwise modify any such preferential or exclusive rights in any way, or grant any additional preferential or exclusive rights that would, have a material adverse effect on Lessee’s use or operation of the Project), (ii) the rights of any operator thereof (provided that any such operator shall take and operate subject to the provisions of this Lease), and (iii) the provisions of Section 3.03, 3.04, 4.04 and 8.07 hereof. In connection with its use of such public facilities, Lessee shall cooperate with the tenants and users of such public facilities and not impair their ability to use such public facilities in a timely and efficient manner.
Use of Public Facilities i) Licensee is authorized to use the public restroom facilities at Xxxxxx Park during such times as the facilities are otherwise open to the Public. ii) Should, at any time, the Village decide to close, or not provide, such restroom facilities for public use (which shall include Licensee’s use of the facilities), the Licensee may request for the installation of temporary public restroom facilities by the Village, with any costs associated with the installation and maintenance of such facilities to be at the sole cost of the Licensee.
Use of Public Facilities. The County grants to the Lessee, in common with all others desiring to use Building 919 (5A), and only to the extent necessary or reasonably desirable, so long as such use does not conflict with the County’s operation of the Airport, to carry out the rights granted the Lessee hereunder, the nonexclusive privilege to use the roads of egress and ingress, service roads and such other facilities and improvements as may be now in existence or hereafter constructed for the use of persons lawfully using Building 919 (5A); provided, however, that such usage shall be subject to the payment of nondiscriminatory fees and other charges established by the County. Nothing herein contained shall grant to the Lessee the right to use any leasable space or area improved or unimproved which is leased to a third party, or which the County has not leased herein.

Use of Public Facilities. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the County has provided certain facilities, such as Terminal seating areas, hold rooms, rest rooms and other conveniences for the use of the traveling public and has also provided special facilities solely for the use of the employees of Airport tenants and commercial users. The Lessee shall not permit its employees to use the public areas provided by the County for use by the traveling public, except those employees normally required to be in contact with the traveling public, those providing passenger services and those doing so as part of regular assigned duties.

Use of Public Facilities. Management acknowledges and agrees that the County has provided certain facilities, such as, but not limited to, seating areas, holdrooms and restrooms in the Terminal Building, public parking and other conveniences for the use of the traveling public and has also provided special facilities solely for the use of the employees of Airport tenants and commercial users. Management shall not permit its employees to use the public areas provided by the County for use by the traveling public, except those employees normally required to be in contact with the traveling public, those providing passenger services and those doing so as part of regular assigned duties.
Use of Public Facilities. Together with occupancy and use of the Premises and subject to any and all of the covenants, conditions, terms, agreements, and provisions of this Lease, during the Term hereof, Lessee shall have the use, in common with others, of all public airport facilities and improvements as such exist(ed) on the Commencement Date of the Term hereof or as such may exist at any time and from time to time, during the Term of this Lease. Lessee shall have access to the Administration/Terminal Building’s lobby for customer ingress/egress to the restaurant. Lessee may periodically use the lobby for overflow of diners during special events, provided Xxxxxx has written approval from Lessor. 1. For the purposes of this Lease, "public airport facilities and improvements" includes, but is not limited to roadways, sidewalks, lighting facilities, or other things of a public use nature appurtenant to Airport. 2. Xxxxxx's right to use said public airport facilities in common with others shall be exercised only subject to and in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California and any and all applicable rules and regulations promulgated by their authority, and in accordance with any and all applicable rules, regulations and ordinances of Lessor as any and all such laws, rules and/or regulations exist(ed) on the commencement date of the term hereof or as any and all of such may exist, at any time and from time to time, during the Term of this Lease. 3. None of the foregoing provisions of this sub-section of this Section of this Article shall be deemed to relieve Lessee and its tenants, sub-Lessees, patrons, invitees, successors, assigns, and/or any other person or entity whomsoever from payment of such Airport use fees and/or charges as are levied generally by Lessor, including, without limitation, common-use areas of the Airport under the direct control of Lessor, shall legitimately accrue to Lessor pursuant to any Ordinance(s) and/or Resolution(s) of the City Council either in effect on the Commencement Date of the Term hereof or as may be adopted and placed into effect by said City Council at any time and from time to time during the Term of this Lease.
Use of Public Facilities. Use: Prior to any use of the Library’s public meeting or program rooms, a Designated User must execute this Agreement, which explains the Designated User’s obligations and sets forth the governing terms and conditions of the use of said facilities.
