Writing Style. Bench & Bar is a magazine that examines ideas and issues involving lawyers and developments in the law. Its focus is to analyze and interpret, rather than simply to report or to suggest what should be. Please avoid the style of law reviews, CLE materials, research memos, or legal briefs. An informal, journalistic style is preferred.

Writing Style. The text of the twit has to be synthetic and concise due to the limitation of characters (280), and is recommendable and important to attach always the link with the information, offering to the users the possibility of widening the content. The twits have to be organised within the following structure: content (including hashtags and mentions) + link. It is advisable that the twit is redacted in a way in which the hashtags can be included. In the occasions when the hashtags couldn’t be included within part of the text, it will be included at the end of the structure: Text + link + #hashtag. In the occasions when news from mass media channels are published, it will be necessary to mention the media channel author of the new and to put the news between quotes: Through (media channel) “…”. In the occasions when broadcasting live events where speakers have a speech, the twit has to have the following structure: @Author + sentence + #hashtags. It is advisable not to use more than 2 hashtags per twit.

  • Underwriting Methodology The methodology used in underwriting the extension of credit for each Mortgage Loan employs objective mathematical principles which relate the related Mortgagor's income, assets and liabilities to the proposed payment and such underwriting methodology does not rely on the extent of the related Mortgagor's equity in the collateral as the principal determining factor in approving such credit extension. Such underwriting methodology confirmed that at the time of origination (application/approval) the related Mortgagor had a reasonable ability to make timely payments on the Mortgage Loan;

  • LEAD WARNING STATEMENT Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips and dust pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, OWNERS must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. RESIDENTS must also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

  • Proposal Format To facilitate efficiency and consistency in proposal evaluation the following is mandatory. Proposals which do not follow this direction may be rejected as non-responsive and thus ineligible for award.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Prospectuses and Marketing Materials We shall furnish you without charge reasonable quantities of offering Prospectuses (including any supplements currently in effect), current shareholder reports of the Funds, and sales materials issued by us from time to time. In the purchase of shares through us, you are entitled to rely only on the information contained in the offering Prospectus(es).   • Getting Started The Card must be signed to be used. When you use the Account or sign the card or sales slips, you agree to: • the terms of this Agreement; plus • any amendments or supplements to the Agreement. You may close your Account at any time.   • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
