Written agreement required. The Board of Trustees of Los Xxxx Community College District finds that the interests of the District will be protected by the written agreement of the employee to fulfill the service requirement following the leave and waives the requirement that the employee furnish a suitable bond indemnifying the District against loss in the event that the employee fails to fulfill the service requirement following the leave.
