Written agreement required. This Lease contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof, and supercedes all other agreements, written or oral, with respect thereto. No amendment, alteration, modification of or addition to the Lease will be valid or binding unless expressed in writing and signed by Landlord and Tenant.
