Written Appeal to City Manager. If the grievance is not resolved at Step 3, a written grievance shall be submitted to the City Manager within five (5) work days of the Grievant’s receipt of the Director of Human Resources’ written answer at Step 3. The City Manager shall then issue a written answer to the grievance within ten (10) work days of the City Manager’s receipt of the grievance at Step 4.

  • Appointment of Representatives 6.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Representatives of the Union.
