Written directive. Each applicant or licensee under this part, as applicable, shall establish and 44 maintain written directive procedures to provide high confidence that [radioactive] byproduct material or radiation 45 from radioactive material will be administered as directed by the authorized user. The written directive procedures 46 must include written policies and procedures that meet the following specific requirements.

Written directive. By July 1, 2015, the District will issue a written notice to all School certified personnel and administrators regarding their responsibilities to provide students with disabilities with a free appropriate public education. This directive will include information about the School’s responsibility, in interpreting evaluation data and in making placement decisions, to (1) draw upon information from a variety of sources, including aptitude and achievement tests, teacher recommendations, physical condition, social or cultural background, and adaptive behavior, (2) establish procedures to ensure that information obtained from all such sources is documented and carefully considered, (3) ensure that the placement decision is made by a group of persons, including persons knowledgeable about the child, the meaning of the evaluation data, and the placement options, and (4) ensure that the placement decision is made in conformity with 34 C.F.R. § 104.34. The directive will also include information about the School’s responsibility to provide parents/guardians and students with procedural safeguards.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. (b) The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee, one of whom shall be chair. This committee shall operate and conduct itself in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement and the number of nurses on the Grievance Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. (c) It is agreed that Union representatives and members of the Grievance Committee have their regular duties and responsibilities to perform for the Hospital and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission from their immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. If, in the performance of their duties, a union representative or member of the Grievance Committee is required to enter a unit within the hospital in which they are not ordinarily employed they shall, immediately upon entering such unit, report their presence to the supervisor or nurse in charge, as the case may be. When resuming their regular duties and responsibilities, such representatives shall again report to their immediate supervisor. The Hospital agrees to pay for all time spent during their regular hours by such representatives hereunder.

  • CONTRACT DIRECTION (a) Only the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative has authority on behalf of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to make changes to this Contract. All amendments must be identified as such in writing and executed by the parties. (b) LOCKHEED XXXXXX engineering and technical personnel may from time to time render assistance or give technical advice or discuss or effect an exchange of information with SELLER's personnel concerning the Work hereunder. No such action shall be deemed to be a change under the "Changes" clause of this Contract and shall not be the basis for equitable adjustment. (c) Except as otherwise provided herein, all notices to be furnished by SELLER shall be in writing and sent to the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES a) When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to LEA students at like grade level, attending LEA schools, unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP/IFSP, and shall be specified in the LEA student’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP. b) For NPS students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12, unless otherwise specified in the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP, the number of instructional minutes, excluding recess, lunch, and passing time, shall be at least the minimum as specified in Education Code Sections 46110-46147, and in no case will be less than the amount as specified in the IEP/IFSP. In addition, the total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to LEA students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP. c) When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the LEA student’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP.

  • Safety Committee Where a Health and Safety Committee is established on a job in accordance with section 72 of the OHS Act, it shall include the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor and the Health and Safety Representative/s.

  • Directions After a written notice of termination has been given under this Article IX, the Company may direct the Manager to undertake any actions necessary to transfer any aspect of the ownership or control of the assets of the Company to the Company or to any nominee of the Company and to do all other things necessary to bring the appointment of the Manager to an end, and the Manager shall comply with all such reasonable directions. In addition, the Manager shall, at the Company’s expense, deliver to any new manager or the Company any books or records held by the Manager under this Agreement and shall execute and deliver such instruments and do such things as may reasonably be required to permit new management of the Company to effectively assume its responsibilities.

  • Grievance Commissioner System This is to confirm the discussion of the parties during collective bargaining that they are committed to encouraging early discussion and resolution of labour relations issues at the local level and seek to resolve grievances in a timely and cost efficient manner. To that end, this is to confirm that pursuant to Article 8, the parties agree that the Employer and Union at individual nursing homes may agree to utilize the following process in order to resolve a particular grievance through the utilization of a joint mediation-arbitration procedure:

  • Advance Directives When applicable, Provider shall comply with the advance directives requirements for hospitals, nursing facilities, providers of home and health care and personal care services, hospices, and HMOs as specified in 42 CFR Part 489, subpart I, 42 CFR § 417.436(d), 42 CFR § 422.128, and 42 CFR 438.3(i).

  • Review Committee A Committee of six members, three each from the Guild and shall be named. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be put before this Committee for resolution. When the Committee is unable to resolve an issue it is agreed that a third party will be named by mutual agreement of the parties to provide Arbitration for binding resolution. Failing such an appointment by the Committee either party may refer it to arbitration under Article of the Collective Agreement.
