Common use of Written Final Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Written Final Evaluation. All evaluations shall be reduced to writing and a copy given to the employee within ten (10) days of the completion of the final evaluation. If the employee disagrees with the evaluation, he/she may submit a written response which shall be attached to the file copy of the evaluation in question within ten (10) days of being provided a copy of the evaluation. If the supervisor believes an employee is doing unacceptable work, the reasons therefore shall be set forth in specific terms. A Plan of Improvement shall be provided as per Board of Education policy.
