Written Form. All notices, consents and approvals under the Agreement must be delivered in writing by e-mail, by courier, by overnight mail service or by certified mail (postage prepaid and return receipt requested) to the other party at the address for Customer set forth in the Special Terms (or if none is specified, that address to which Customer invoices are sent) and for Company, to Company's Legal Department at 00000 X. Xx Xxxx Xxxx., Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, Attn: CSS Contracts, and will be effective upon receipt. Either party may change its address by giving written notice of the new address to the other party in writing.
