Written Notices Concerning Disciplinary Actions. Notices of written reprimands, suspensions, demotions and discharges will be in written form and will state the reasons for the action taken. Such notices shall be read and acknowledged by signature of the employee as having been received. The employee and the UNION will receive a copy of such notices.
