Written Petition. Grantee may file a written petition, at any time, with the Authority, or their designated agent, seeking relief from one (1) or more provisions of this Franchise. The relief requested may specifically include the delay in implementation of one (1) or more provisions of this Franchise. Xxxxxxx’s filing of a petition pursuant to this Section shall in no way limit its rights under Applicable Law, including, without limitations, Section 625 of the Cable Act.
