Common use of Written Reports Clause in Contracts

Written Reports. The Contractor shall provide written reports to the Project Manager on the progress of the entire Work in accordance at least every other week. The Contractor shall also maintain a daily log containing a record of weather, Subcontractors working on the site, number of workers, major equipment on the site, Work accomplished, problems encountered and other similar relevant data as the Department may reasonably require. The log shall be available to the Department, and the Project Manager. The Contractor and its subcontractors and subconsultants shall be required to use Primavera 6 Prolog as a document management tool for this Project.
