Common use of Written Reprimands/Fleet Safety Records Clause in Contracts

Written Reprimands/Fleet Safety Records. Record of written reprimands and fleet safety records shall be maintained in each member's Division master personnel file for at least three (3) years following the date of the incident which gave rise to the written reprimand or fleet safety record, so long as there is no subsequent action of record or fleet safety record during the three (3)-year period. After three (3) years or any extension of such three (3)-year period caused by subsequent action of record or fleet safety record, the written reprimand or fleet safety record shall be removed from the file.
