Common use of – WSIB SUPPLEMENT Clause in Contracts

– WSIB SUPPLEMENT. 26.1 A Member who is receiving compensation under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board as a result of a claim directly related to the Board shall be entitled to have the partial payment under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board supplemented by the Board to provide payment of full earnings. The supplement paid to such Member shall be divided by the Member’s daily rate of pay to determine the number of days absent with pay and the same number of days shall be deducted from the Member’s Sick leave Credit Account in accordance with Article 27. If a Member does not wish to have the payment under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board supplemented as provided by this Article, the Member must give written notice to the Manager, Employee Relations within thirty (30) days after receiving notice that the Workers’ Compensation claim has been approved.

– WSIB SUPPLEMENT. 26.1 22.01 A Member who is receiving compensation under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board as a result of a claim directly related to the Board shall be entitled to have the partial payment under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board supplemented by the Board to provide payment of full earnings. The supplement paid to such Member shall be divided by the Member’s daily rate of pay to determine the number of days absent with pay and the same number of days shall be deducted from the Member’s Sick leave Credit Account in accordance with Article 2723. If a Member does not wish to have the payment under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board supplemented as provided by this Article, the Member must give written notice to the Manager, Employee Relations within thirty (30) days after receiving notice that the Workers’ Compensation claim has been approved.

The supplement paid to such Member shall be divided by the Member’s daily rate of pay to determine the number of days absent with pay and the same number of days shall be deducted from the Member’s Sick sick leave Credit Account in accordance with Article 27L23 – Sick Leave. If a Member does not wish to have the payment under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board supplemented as provided by this Article, the Member must give written notice to the Manager, Employee Relations Support and Wellness within thirty (30) days after receiving notice that the Workers’ Compensation claim has been approved.

– WSIB SUPPLEMENT. 26.1 L24.01 A Member member who is receiving compensation under the Workers’ Workers Safety Insurance Board as a result of a claim directly related to the Board shall be entitled to have the partial payment under the Workers’ Workers Safety Insurance Board supplemented by the Board to provide payment of for full earnings. The supplement paid to such Member member shall be divided by the Membermember’s daily rate of pay to determine the number of days absent with pay and the same number of days shall be deducted from the Membermember’s Sick leave Credit Leave Account in accordance with Article 27L26. If a Member the member does not wish to have the payment under the Workers’ Workers Safety Insurance Board supplemented as provided by this Article, the Member must give written notice to the Manager, Employee Relations Manager Human Resources within thirty (30) days after receiving notice that the Workers’ Compensation Workers Safety Insurance claim has been approved.
