Supplemental Contract. A teacher’s contract(s) for assigned and accepted services during hours that are in addition to those paid for in the teacher’s base contract or in contract addendum(s).
Supplemental Contract. Employees shall be issued a supplemental contract for the additional time and responsibilities specified in Section 25.2.1.1 and Section 25.4. Less than full time employees shall have their compensation amounts and time required prorated in accordance with their annualized FTE.

Supplemental Contract a. All supplemental contracts for extra duties will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code (RC 3313.53). Currently employed unit members shall have first consideration for supplemental vacancies. Such consideration shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the position(s). Thereafter applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code including but not necessarily limited to RC 3313.53 and RC 3319.303 shall govern the selection process for individuals outside of the bargaining unit.
b. Teachers who have supplemental contracts for fall or winter activities during a given school year must be notified by April 30th if such contract is to be non- renewed. Teachers who have supplemental contracts for spring activities or activities that end in the spring must be notified by May 31st if such contract is to be non-renewed.
c. The regular distribution of supplemental contracts shall be on or before June 15th of each year.
d. The Board will issue a supplemental contract to all teachers who have accepted responsibilities that call for additional compensation as per the Board adopted supplemental salary schedule. The supplemental contract will include:
1. Name of teacher.
2. Length of contract.
Supplemental Contract. Employees shall be issued a supplemental contract for the mandatory time and responsibilities described by paragraphs A and B above. In accordance with State law, this separate contract is not a part of the employee's continuing contract and not subject to the restrictions therein.

C. LONGEVITY PAY
1. Those teachers who have completed fourteen (14) years but less than twenty (20) years of continuous service with the Xxxx Xxxxxx School District (including districts annexed or consolidated and now a part of this district) shall receive a sum equal to two percent (7%) of the base salary. The first longevity payment shall be at the end of the fourteenth (14th) year.
2. Those teachers who have completed twenty (20) years, but less than twenty-five
Supplemental Contract. There shall be a Supplemental Contract for District-specified extra-curricular and supplemental assignments as contained on Appendix B. Appointments to extra-curricular and supplemental assignments are for one (1) year and shall be in accordance with current statutory provisions. The District shall notify affected employees in writing of appointments for the next year as early as possible and, as a general rule, no later than thirty (30) days before the assignment is to begin. If said assignment is known to the District, the District shall issue Supplemental Contracts for the next year as early as possible and shall endeavor to do so prior to the close of the school year. The requirements of Article IV, Section 4. A. shall apply to Supplemental Contracts as well as to regular teachers’ contracts when the teacher is released from his/her regular contract.
Supplemental Contract. Teachers who are required by the Employer to work more than one hundred eighty-seven (187) days shall receive a supplemental contract for the additional days. The payment under the supplemental contract shall be based upon the teacher’s hourly rate which is calculated by dividing the teacher’s yearly compensation by one hundred eighty-seven (187), divided by their regularly scheduled hours per day. In the event a teacher is contracted to work less than seven and one quarter (7.25) hours per day, the amount of the per diem for the supplemental contract will be based on their pro-rata basis. Planning time and lunch may also be reduced by the same pro-rata portion.
Supplemental Contract. The district shall offer Professional Development Days to employees paid at their per diem provided these days continue to be funded by the state. Three days (3) will be scheduled, after consultation with PEA, and will be paid to each participating employee on a per diem basis. Professional development days will be determined by the District with consultation from PEA. and will be paid on a supplemental contract. Attendance is required.

b) One(1) day will be for teacher classroom preparation/Safe schools training.
c) Teachers will be compensated only for actual participation time at their per diem rate paid after completion in the next pay warrant.
d) If the legislature funds future Professional development days for the subsequent years of this contract, these days will offered and negotiated.

b) One (l) day will be for teacher classroom preparation District counter 8-17-20 The parties will collaborate on content for Professional Development prior to the start of each school year.
Supplemental Contract. As provided in K.S.A. 72-5312 (a), this contract is made and entered into through voluntary mutual consent on this day of 20 by and between the Board of Education of Unified School District No. 392, hereinafter called the "Board" and hereinafter called "Coach/Sponsor".
