Common use of – WSIB SUPPLEMENT Clause in Contracts

– WSIB SUPPLEMENT. 25.01 a) A member who is receiving compensation under the Workers Safety Insurance Board as a result of a claim directly related to the Board shall be entitled to have the partial payment under the Workers Safety Insurance Board supplemented by the Board to provide payment for full earnings. The supplement paid to such member shall be divided by the member’s daily rate of pay to determine the number of days absent with pay and the same number of days shall be deducted from the member’s Sick Leave Account in accordance with Article 27.
