XXX and NPS School Closure. On days the LEA is funded, CONTRACTOR shall receive payment consistent with the signed ISA, until alternative placement can be found. If the LEA is able to obtain alternative placement for the student, CONTRACTOR shall not receive payment for days the student is not in attendance due to school closure.
