Xxx Metro Sanitary Parcels. With respect to Zoning Parcels E, F, G and H, as depicted on Exhibit C (“Fox Metro Sanitary Parcels”), the City shall allow these zoning parcels to connect to the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District (“Fox Metro”) sanitary sewer system. The City shall cooperate with Owner, at no cost to the City, and execute all applications, permit requests and other documents which are or may be required to obtain sanitary sewage treatment service for the benefit of the Fox Metro Sanitary Parcels, including the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and cooperation with respect to a sewer service facilities planning area boundary change to locate the entirety of the Fox Metro Sanitary Parcels within the Facility Planning Area of Fox Metro and in order to allow Owner‟s connection of the Fox Metro Sanitary Parcels Sanitary Sewer Improvements to the Fox Metro.
