Common use of Xxxx Rates for FY Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Rates for FY. 2015-2016 Effective July 1, 2015, the rates and 27 ranges of employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by the percentage 28 increase in the CPI-W for Portland Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers Index for 29 the second half 2013 to the second half 2014 as reported in February 2015. The 30 minimum percentage increase shall be no less than one percent (1%) and the maximum 31 percentage increase no more than four percent (4%).
