XXXXX 0 XXXXXXX XXXXX. Upon the occurrence of a Level 2 Trigger Event (as defined in the Spread Account Agreement), the Servicer shall within 30 days transfer custody of the original certificates of title to the Custodian. The Custodian shall confirm receipt of each original certificate of title (for up to 25,000 Receivable Files) in writing to the Trust Collateral Agent and the Insurer within fifteen (15) Business Days of receiving each certificate of title; provided, however, that the Custodian will have an additional five (5) Business Days to confirm receipt for each additional 5,000 Receivable Files transferred in excess of 25,000 Receivable Files. On and after such transfer, the original certificates of title will constitute part of the Receivable File, and will be held by the Custodian in the manner described hereunder.
