XXXXX EQUAL PAY ACT. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.14, a contractor performing “qualifying services” or “public work” to the State or any agency or instrumentality of the State shall provide the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development a report regarding the compensation and hours worked by employees categorized by gender, race, ethnicity, and job category.
