Xxxxx Liability (1st and 3rd Party Coverage). Consultant and its subconsultants shall each procure and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, Cyber Liability insurance with limits not less than [[ Cyber Liability (1st and 3rd Party Coverage) Limit ]] per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) general aggregate. Such coverage shall protect against causes of loss including but not limited to invasion of privacy violations, breach of data, disruption of networks, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, introduction or intrusion of a virus, malware, notification, credit monitoring, breach response costs, regulatory fines and penalties, extortion and network security, and also infringement of intellectual property.

Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will:

  • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

  • Umbrella Liability The Umbrella / Excess Liability must be at least as broad as the underlying general liability and automobile liability policies. Limits – Each Occurrence $1,000,000 General Aggregate $1,000,000

  • Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.

  • Application of Excess Liability Coverage Contractors may use a combination of primary, and excess insurance policies which provide coverage as broad as (“follow form” over) the underlying primary policies, to satisfy the Required Insurance provisions.

  • Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance Umbrella or Excess Liability Insurance with limits not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence, which will provide additional limits for employers’ general insurance and shall cover the Board and its employees, subject to that of the primary coverage.

  • Umbrella/Excess Liability The A/E may employ an umbrella/excess liability policy to achieve the above-required minimum coverage.
