Xxxxx Request. ● Deadline for submitting the grant request for the following year is August 1. ● The grant is restricted only to the extent that it is for operational expenses. ● A portion of the grant is for the purpose of paying operational expenses at DRCF. ● A portion of the grant is for the purpose of paying operational expenses at the OPABG. ● Criteria for the grant is neededneed. To establish need, the Parks and Recreation Department will provide ARFOP with a copy of the operating budgets for DRCF and OPABG for the year of the award and a copy of the end-of-year profit and loss statements for DRCF and OPABG for the previous year. ● The grant is renewable annually.
Xxxxx Request for Final Payment shall not be made until all Work is completed and all requirements of the Contract Documents have been satisfied including, without limitation: delivery to City of a complete release of all liens and claims arising out of the Work; written consent of surety to release of Final Payment; and an affidavit that, to the best of XXxX’x information, knowledge and belief, the release includes and covers all materials and services over which XXxX has control and that all known debts and claims arising from the Project have been satisfied. Alternatively, XXxX may, at its sole expense, furnish a bond satisfactory to City to indemnify City against any lien or unpaid claims arising out of the Work. If any lien or claim is asserted against City after all payments are made, XXxX shall reimburse City for all damages and costs City may incur in discharging such lien or claim, including all costs or court and reasonable attorneys’ fees, and City shall retain all other remedies available to it at law and in equity.
