Waiver Request. A waiver request shall include the specific provision(s) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement to be waived, the replacement language that will be in effect in place of the waived language, and a certification that the waiver request is submitted in compliance with the criteria contained in Sections 20.4.1, 20.4.2 and Appendices A and B.
Waiver Request. Requests for waivers for licensed or unlicensed Brokers, office managers, personal assistants or secretaries must be submitted in writing by the Participant on the MLS Waiver Request and Change Form (Exhibit V). (6) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency may grant a waiver based upon one of the exceptions as established in Section 70914(b) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and further described in the Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-22-11.
(7) Any recipient waiver request to use foreign iron, steel, manufactured products, and/or construction materials in an infrastructure project shall include adequate information for the Federal Government evaluation of the request, including—
i. The Federal Award Identification Number (XXXX); ii Location and description of the project;
Waiver Request. Requests from a school or work site must be submitted on the Contract Waiver Request Form (Appendix A). The building principal and Association building representative must both sign the form if the request is to be considered by the Association and District. The principal’s signature indicates knowledge of, and concurrence with, the waiver request. The building representative signature indicates the belief that the request represents bargaining unit member support. The completed contract waiver request form must be submitted to the Superintendent and the Association president concurrently and will be granted only if both the District and Association approve such request in accordance with the provisions of this section.
Waiver Request. A waiver request will include the specific provision of the collective bargaining agreement to be waived, the replacement language which will be in effect in place of the waived language, and verification that the unit members affected by the waiver have reached consensus on the waiver request. The site administrator will not be present when the affected unit members verify that consensus has been reached on their waiver request. Consensus is defined in Appendix B of this Agreement
Waiver Request. DEC, DEP, Piedmont, Duke Energy, and other Affiliates may seek a waiver of any aspect of these Regulatory Conditions by filing a request with the Commission showing that circumstances in a particular case justify such a waiver.
Waiver Request. If the contractor’s application of good faith efforts does not result in the utilization of MBE and/or WBE firms to achieve the aforementioned goals or a specialty equipment/service waiver is requested, the contractor shall complete the waiver request portion of the MWBE Utilization Plan, attach appropriate documentation, and submit it to the MBO.
Waiver Request. (a) We refer to the Request Letter requesting the Majority Lenders to approve the exchange offer by the Parent to holders of its 13.6 million US$7.00 existing warrants (the Warrants) of up to approximately [***] new shares of its common stock in exchange for the Warrants as part of a cashless transaction (except for payment in cash by the Parent, in an amount not expected to exceed US$[***], to the Warrant holders in lieu of any fractional shares of the Parent's common stock that would otherwise be issued as consideration for the Warrants) (the Transaction). The Borrower has confirmed that the Transaction will not result in a Change of Control of the Parent.
(b) The Majority Lenders have reviewed the Request Letter and are pleased to confirm their approval of the Transaction and a waiver of the provisions set forth in Clause 20.23 (Share Capital) of the COFACE Facility Agreement solely to the extent necessary for the Parent to consummate the Transaction.
