Xxxxx to Xxxxxx. Subject to the conditions and limitations of this Agreement, the SCC Parties, to the extent they have the right, title and interest to do so, hereby grant to Xxxxxx the right, license and easement to enter upon the SCC/Arrowhead Lands to gather environmental baseline information and conduct exploratory drilling. Xxxxxx shall not have any right to undertake any other activities or operations on the SCC/Arrowhead Lands not expressly allowed by this Section 2.1a unless and until the Parties enter into an Overstrip Agreement granting Xxxxxx such rights.

Xxxxx to Xxxxxx. Subject to the conditions and limitations contained in the Agreement, the SCC Parties, to the extent they have the right, title and interest to do so, have granted and hereby grant to Xxxxxx the right, license and easement to enter upon the surface of certain lands more particularly described in Exhibit A-1 hereto (“SCC/Arrowhead Lands”) to gather environmental baseline information and conduct exploratory drilling. Xxxxxx shall not have any right to undertake any other activities or operations on the SCC/Arrowhead Lands not expressly allowed by this Section 1.a. unless and until the Parties enter into an Overstrip Agreement (defined below) granting Xxxxxx such rights.
