I realize that this paper is beyond complete; therefore comments, constructive criticism, suggestion and new ideas will be very much needed for the improvement of this paper. This study entitled “Interrogative Sentences in Novel XX. Xxxxxx by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx”, it is mainly focused on the analysis of the types of interrogative sentence which includes the yes-no interrogative sentence and the wh-interrogative used in the novel XX. Xxxxxx. The data in this writing are taken from an English novel entitled XX. Xxxxxx by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx 1960. The process of collecting data for this study is considered to be library research. The data are analyzed by using descriptive method. Based on the findings, there are two types of interrogative sentences found in the data source belong to yes–no interrogative and wh– interrogative. The yes-no interrogative can be further classified into: positive yes-no interrogative, negative yes-no interrogative, tag interrogative, declarative yes-no interrogative and yes-no interrogative with modal auxiliary. And there are four functions which found in the novel XX. Xxxxxx, there are: interrogative function as asking for information, confirmation, request and offering.

Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, M. D.'s shall notify Contractor, in writing, of any restriction to the use or disclosure of Protected Health Information that the Practice has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.522, and Contractor agrees to conform to any such restriction.
Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, M. D.'s acknowledges that it shall provide to, or request from, the Contractor only the minimum Protected Health Information necessary for Contractor to perform or fulfill a specific function required or permitted hereunder.
Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, M. D.'s shall take immediate steps to mitigate an impermissible use or disclosure of Protected Health Information from Contractor to the Practice, including its staff, employees and agents who send and receive Protected Health Information to and from Contractor in the course and scope of their employment, such as obtaining the recipient’s satisfactory assurances that the information will not be further used or disclosed (through a confidentiality agreement or similar means between Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx M.D.'s and its staff, employees and agents) or will be destroyed.
