Xxxxxx and Duties of the Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Trustees and of the Shareholders in proper books provided for that purpose; he or she shall have custody of the seal of the Trust; he or she shall have charge of the Share transfer books, lists and records unless the same are in the charge of the Transfer Agent. The Secretary shall attend to the giving and serving of all notices by the Trust in accordance with the provisions of these By-laws and as required by law; and subject to these By-Laws, he or she shall in general perform all duties incident to the office of the Secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him or her by the Trustees.

Xxxxxx and Duties of the Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors, and also the minutes of the Annual or any Special Membership Meetings in books provided for that purpose; he shall attend to the giving and serving of all notices of the Corporation; he may sign with the President in the name of the Corporation. All contracts authorized, affirmed or ratified, and when so-ordered by the President, he shall affix the Seal of the Corporation thereto; he shall have charge of such books and papers as the President may direct, all of which shall at a reasonable time, be open to the examination of any Officer, or any member of the Board of Directors upon application at the Office of the Corporation during business hours; and he shall in general perform all the duties incident to the office of the Secretary.

Xxxxxx and Duties of the Secretary. Unless otherwise determined by the Board of Directors, the Secretary shall be responsible for the keeping of the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors, shareholders and all committees, in books provided for that purpose, and for the giving and serving of all notices for the corporation. He shall have charge of the corporate seal, the certificate books, transfer books and stock ledgers, and such other books and papers as the Board of Directors may direct. He shall perform all other duties ordinarily incident to the office of Secretary and shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors.
