XXXXXX’S WORKS. 8.1 Upon obtaining all necessary consents from the Relevant Authority, the Lessor shall commence, carry out and complete the Lessor’s Works with all due speed and in a good and workmanlike manner and to sound and accepted architectural and engineering standards and in accordance with the requirements of the Relevant Authority.

XXXXXX’S WORKS. Any Tenant’s works must be carried out in accordance with the terms of the Lease and all Laws and Requirements. Any proposed lighting to be installed as part of the Tenant’s works must comply with Council’s Wildlife Friendly Lighting Policy 2021. Plans for any proposed works must be submitted to Council for its approval. All maintenance items will be the Tenant’s responsibility excluding structural items relating to the premises. All maintenance relating to environmental sustainability items is the responsibility of the Tenant. Fitout of internal fixtures i.e. furniture, storage systems will be at the Tenant’s cost.
XXXXXX’S WORKS. To carry out any works, repairs, alterations or additions required to be done by the Lessee pursuant to the Lease in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the instructions given by the Lessor's architect and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Lessor.
XXXXXX’S WORKS. (a) The Tenant must not carry out any works to any of the Premises, the Market Land or the Services without the Landlord's approval (which must not be unreasonably withheld). If the Landlord approves any works, the Tenant must ensure that the works it does are done:
