Xxxxxxx Clause. All equipment shall be manned as provided in Schedule "A" and in addition to the xxxxxxx provisions therein contained, when an Operating Engineer requires assistance in addition to any that must be provided for, the Operating Engineer will be assisted by an employee covered by this Agreement in accordance with accepted practices within the Pile Driving and Dredging Industry, or as may mutually be agreed between the Employer and the Union or journeyman operator.
