Credit will be issued at the referenced invoice price, if eligible, or at the most recent invoiced price for the title according to Xxxxxxx’x record of the account’s purchase history. Damaged books, instructor review and complimentary desk copies, used books, pirated books, and international editions not for resale in the U. S. are ineligible for return and will not be credited. These products and any other titles ineligible for credit may not be returned to you. It is the responsibility of the account to remove any stickers placed on and/or inserts placed in products by the account so that the product meets Xxxxxxx’x resalable as new condition.
XXXXXXX EDUCATION. The Company agrees to allow up to a maximum of two (2) days per year with pay at the regular straight hourly rate of pay, for Union Stewards to attend Union Education. The maximum of two (2) days is the total for one (1) xxxxxxx. The Union shall give a minimum of two (2) weeks advance notice in writing for any Stewards with the purpose to attend Union Education. Such business shall be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
