Xxxxxxx Eligibility Pool. Employees who pass the oral exam will be ranked based on the Masters seniority list to create or replenish a pool of no less than (15) employees. The Employer shall appoint candidates from this ranked pool in order of seniority. Employees may be removed from this pool for just cause.
