XXXXXXX LINES. All mooring lines services for ships are provided by approved Vessel mooring personnel. The Sunoco Dock Facility Person In Charge will call GML two hours prior to vessel arrival. The vessel must notify the Sunoco Dock Facility Person In Charge immediately of any delays. Delay fees will apply per section 8.
