Xxxxxxx Mentoring. With the agreement of the College, a second shop xxxxxxx may observe representational activities specified in Article 3.3.B.1 and Article 3.3.B.3 above for the purpose of mentoring and training. The WFSE will provide written notice of the union xxxxxxx’x name to the Human Resources Office prior to the training. The College may approve vacation leave or leave without pay for the second xxxxxxx to attend the training.
