Xxxxxxx Replacement. Employees who are interested in serving as temporary replacement "A" Foremen must indicate such interest by adding their names to the list posted by the Company. The appointments will be made in accordance with Article 6.08, except that the Company may rotate interested employees through these replacement positions. When the senior interested employee is not selected, he shall be given the reasons for the decision.
