Xxxxxxx Schedule. Center will not be open and the Basic Services will not be provided on the following Holidays: • Winter Break (2 Weeks) • Labor Day • Veteran’s Day • Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day • President’s Weekend • Memorial DayGood Friday • Art Show Prep Days • • Independence DayStaff Development Days • Thanksgiving Week • Spring Break (1 week) The Center is also subject to closure the day before and after a weekend holiday. Parent will not receive a refund of or a credit against the Tuition Fee (as defined in Section 3.2 of this Agreement) for such days. All other school closures will be posted at the school in advance and will be prorated on a daily basis.

However this does not preclude the xxxxxxx from assigning the paperhandler to another press if his assigned press is running smoothly or to unloading of newsprint to a maximum of three scheduled loads per shift. If there is more than three scheduled loads per shift, one more Paperhandler shall be added strictly for unloading.

Xxxxxxx Schedule. The HOBOKEN PARKING UTILITY shall provide all personnel necessary for the enforcement of all traffic and parking laws, ordinances, and regulations of the City of Hoboken and State of New Jersey at the Authority’s property. In addition, it shall supply to said personnel all equipment necessary to enforce these laws, ordinances, and regulations. The scheduling of the personnel necessary shall be completely within the authority of the HOBOKEN PARKING UTILITY and the AUTHORITY shall not have any control over said scheduling. The HOBOKEN PARKING UTILITY does agree that it shall supply sufficient personnel and equipment to adequately enforce all of the parking laws, ordinances, and regulations.
