Xxxxxxxx and Ms. XXXX shall issue an invoice that meets the applicable tax requirements upon each payment of the Annual Rent. Since the Annual Rent includes the corresponding value added tax, the payment of such tax shall be borne by XX. XXXXXXXX AND MS. XXXX, who hereby release the COMPANY from any liability in connection with the payment of such value added tax or any other tax.
Xxxxxxxx and Ms. Xxxxxxxxx resigned a few weeks after the visit with Xx. Xxxxxxxx. Plans for the economic analysis remain unfinished as a result of the resignations. Replacement economists were selected in June. In Ukraine, Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx – both of the Institute of Economy, National Academy of Sciences – were selected to work together. In Moldova, both Dr. Xxxxxxx and Xx. Xxxxxxxx identified Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx as the most qualified candidate. However, it is unlikely that Xx. Xxxxxxxx can spend significant time preparing the newly hired economists for their duties this year unless they travel to Baton Rouge. Consequently, the economic component of the project has not progressed as much as it should. Naturally, Xx. Xxxxxxxx feels that replacement economists must continue the work as soon as possible or the economic component of the project will be significantly jeopardized. The new project economists will collaborate with Xx. Xxxxxxxx to continue the protocol design process and to collect, analyze, document and disseminate case study data. A trip to Louisiana State University to visit Xx. Xxxxxxxx in September should provide this collaboration with a firm foundation. The replacement economists also will build on the initial contacts with other institutions such as IFC and BISNIS.

Xxxxxx previously served as the General Counsel of each of Liberty Media and Liberty Interactive Corporation, which are both entities for which Xx. Xxxxxx serves as Chairman of the board of directors and in which Xx. Xxxxxx beneficially owns 47.6% and 36.4% of the aggregate voting power, respectively, in each case outstanding as of July 31, 2016. • Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx is a director of Starz and is Xx.
