Xxxxxxxxg Law. THIS SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
Xxxxxxxxg Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Xxxxxxxxg Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles; provided, however that nothing herein shall be construed as being inconsistent with the 1940 Act. Where the effect of a requirement of the 1940 Act reflected in any provision of this Agreement is altered by a rule, regulation or order of the SEC, whether of special or general application, such provision shall be deemed to incorporate the effect of such rule, regulation or order.
Xxxxxxxxg Law. This Agreement shall be xxxxxxxx xx and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (regardless of the laws that might otherwise govern under applicable principles of conflicts of laws thereof) as to all matters, including, but not limited to, matters of validity, construction, effect, performance and remedies.

Xxxxxxxxg Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof.
Xxxxxxxxg Law. This Xxxxxxxxx xxall be gxxxxxxx xx xxx xxnstrued in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws rules of such state.
Xxxxxxxxg Law. This Note and xxx Xxdenture shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, as applied to contracts made and performed entirely within the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
