Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx. 19.1 Employees who lose time by reason of being required to attend court or coroner's inquest or to appear as witnesses in cases in which the Company is involved will be paid for time so lost. If no time is lost, they will be paid for actual time held with a minimum of four hours at the hourly pro rata rate. Necessary actual expenses while away from home terminal will be allowed when supported by receipts. 19.2 Any fee or mileage payable to the employee shall be assigned to the Company. 19.3 Employees on the spare list, called to attend court, will not lose their position on the spare list.
