Committee Recommendations. The calendar committee shall make recommendations for a school year in compliance with the Education Code. The calendar shall include an academic year consisting of fall and spring semesters, summer and winter sessions, and other academic sessions as may be developed in the future. It is understood that the District has the option to not offer or modify the length of winter or summer sessions commencing with summer session 2012. It is understood that the District may add an additional unscheduled day or days to the calendar in the event that any day or days are “lost” due to uncontrollable circumstances. The recommended calendar shall include the stipulated holidays as provided by Article 15.
Committee Recommendations. The Safety Committee shall have the power to make recommendations to the heads of their respective Administrative Unit on matters affecting the safety of bargaining unit personnel. Such recommendations may include majority and minority reports. Where a work location has no Safety Committee, the designated Union Xxxxxxx shall address such safety concerns to the head of the Administrative Unit.
Committee Recommendations a) The committee may make recommendations to the Board and the Teachers. The committee may refer the appropriate subjects to the negotiating committees representing the parties. Proposed recommendations must receive double majority support before being referred to either the Teachers or the Board.
b) Recommendations shall be brought to the next Board meeting and to the next OECTA meeting. A summary of the discussions of the committee meetings shall be included in the Board meeting agendas and the OECTA minutes.
c) A response shall be received within two (2) months of Labour-Management Cooperation Committee meeting.
Committee Recommendations. The committee will provide recommendations on the process utilized to address reclassification issues to:
a) The Chancellor’s Cabinet for those recommendations that address revisions of current District regulations, or
b) LRCEA and the District for consideration during negotiations for a successor agreement to this Agreement.
Committee Recommendations. Employer actions to carry out recommendations of the insurance committee in whole or in part shall not be subject to the grievance procedure or any other avenue of appeal. If the committee is going to recommend that the City go out for bid for the following year, the committee must provide the City with the necessary information by ninety (90) days preceding the plan year for which bids are taken.
Committee Recommendations. 1. Committee recommendations shall be given full consideration for review by the College administration and shall be responded to within six (6) weeks of the initial submission of the recommendation.
2. The response shall include the acceptance of the recommendation(s) or denial of the recommendation(s) with specific comments regarding the recommendation(s).
Committee Recommendations. A joint recommendation, in writing, shall be presented to the School District each year by the joint committee. The insurance committee is only an advisory group.
Committee Recommendations. The Insurance Committee will make recommendations to the School Board on any and all changes in the insurance policies. If a session of the Montana Legislature enacts a statewide K-12 Public School Health Insurance Program during the term of this Agreement, the Insurance Committee shall meet to review the program and its potential impact upon the Lolo School District, and thereafter provide recommendations to the Lolo School Board and to the LEA bargaining unit. If the Lolo School Board and LEA agree, the contract may be reopened on this specific insurance item.
Committee Recommendations. The committee may review, discuss and make recommendations on a variety of issues of mutual concern. The committee is encouraged to brainstorm possible issues and problems, prioritize the possible issues in general order of importance, and select high priority issues of mutual interest to review. In reviewing the issues, the committee is encouraged to define the issue carefully, study and evaluate the most promising solutions, and make a recommendation with supporting documentation to the Xxxxxx Santa Xxxx Regional Hospital CAO with a copy to the Human Resources Director and the Regional Director of the Committee of Interns and Residents/SEIU Local 1957. The Hospital CAO shall evaluate proposed solution(s), make a decision on the committee's recommendation and report back his/her decisions. The committee may make an oral presentation as well as their written report and recommendation to the Hospital CAO.
Committee Recommendations. Changes of the evaluation instrument must be made to the Superintendent or designee and PASS President no later than April 1st, prior to the year of implementation.
