By the end of the 25th year, the actual power output will be no less than 80.68%;  For Monocrystalline PERC Products (as defined in Sec. 1 b): 2.5% in the first year, from the 2nd year to the 25th year, the average annual power decline will be no more than 0.68%. By the end of the 25th year, the actual power output will be no less than 81.18%.

Year Limited Power Output Warranty. Besides the abovementioned 10 year Limited Power Output Warranty, Luxen Solar warrants that for a period of twenty‐five years commencing on the Warranty Start Date loss of power output of the nominal power output specified in the relevant Product Data Sheet and measured at Standard Test Conditions (STC) for the Product(s) shall not exceed 20%.
