YEAR OF SERVICE FOR ELIGIBILITY AND VESTING. If Eligibility or Vesting requirements will apply to Matching Contributions as described in Section N of this Agreement and/or Non-Matching Contributions as described in Section Q of this Agreement, Year of Service shall mean the 12-consecutive-month period beginning on the Employee’s Employment Commencement Date and each anniversary thereof.
